• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets of the store.
• Plan action steps for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve in store manager's absence and assume responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain inventory movement and customer trends reporting.
• Ensure quality customer service and promote merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and internal controls.
