Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable leader in Cape Coral, FL to supervise and train store staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations in alignment with company standards.

You will recruit and schedule employees, maintain store appearance, handle routine safety practices, and foster positive relationships with suppliers and customers. Strong English communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer/analytics for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Hire, train, counsel and motivate staff while ensuring non-discriminatory practices.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and management.
• Organize site files and reports, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage merchandise display, accuracy, and signage.
