Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/LSR/SA roles using company guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Open availability and ability to work 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full-time employees.
• Recruit, hire and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Promote service quality and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct regular check-ins per company standards.
• Train employees on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Maintain store files, reports and ensure accurate merchandising and pricing.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
