Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions.
• Computer literacy including reports, inventory, and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site that meets company standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply fair, non-discriminatory management practices during hiring and training.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure safety and uphold a positive community image.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and write appraisal records.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Facilitate timely internal communication and meetings with staff and managers.
• Plan actions to meet site objectives and organize site files and reports.
• Supervise merchandizing and ensure correct pricing.
• Ensure employment posters and notices are accessible to all employees.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; forecast P&L lines.
• Safeguard money and perform financial analyses as needed.
