Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Bossier City, LA to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, merchandising, safety, and compliance with company standards while maintaining a strong store image.

The role requires retail experience, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze reports and manage inventories. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are expected for meetings and bank visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and duties described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment usage.
• Ability to supervise and manage listed functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
