Job summary

Circle K in Daphne, Alabama seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Gulf Coast location.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and sales, and uphold Circle K standards across safety, cleanliness, and merchandising. A valid driver's license and the ability to communicate in English are required, with a background in retail preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and work conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools/materials in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking and organization per standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals with constructive feedback.
• Train staff to meet service and marketing standards.
• Communicate effectively with all employees.
• Organize site files and manuals and ensure timely reports.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, priced correctly and stocked.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines; safeguard company funds.
