Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site per Company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety and orderly public image in the community.
• Provide performance feedback in writing and conduct ongoing appraisals.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold periodic meetings.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives and organize site files and manuals.
• Supervise reporting accuracy and on-time delivery of required reports; ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
