The Tile Shop is seeking a Sales Manager in Hoffman Estates to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You will train staff, greet customers, and drive tile sales while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with warehouse staff to meet delivery timelines. Weekend availability is required and compensation targets are 60–75K in the first year.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and duties.
• Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Learn and use knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals.
• Learn the installation process and products to educate customers.
• Track established store sales goals.
• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use good business practices at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
