Job summary

The Tile Shop is hiring a Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. You will recruit, train, and coach associates, greet customers, and drive tile sales while ensuring excellent customer service. You will also oversee store and warehouse operations, scheduling, and inventory, all to support The Tile Shop brand and goals.

First-year earnings are expected at 60–75K at target, reflecting base pay plus commissions in a fast-paced retail environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Work well in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
• Lead with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Sense of design: combine styles, colors and textures.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Previous experience in a related field preferred.

• Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations.

• Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
