Job summary

Guitar Center's Music & Arts division in Redmond, WA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run day-to-day sales and operations while upholding excellent customer service standards.

You will coach the Sales team, manage payroll and hiring, ensure product availability and proper display, promote lessons, and oversee rental services across accounts. This role offers a performance bonus and robust store benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: 3-5 years retail experience.
• Musical experience and interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor financial data, inventory, and statistics.
• Ensure products are available and displayed properly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Manage institutional sales and rental services daily.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
