Guitar Center's Music & Arts division seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day sales and operations, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage payroll and staffing, ensure product availability, support rentals, and promote lessons programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales and operations while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach, counsel and motivate the Sales team to meet objectives.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Ensure products are available and displayed, and manage promotions.
• Support and promote the Music & Arts lesson program and rentals.
