Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and well-maintained.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with all site staff and Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
