Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in O'Fallon, Illinois to support Store Manager in overseeing daily Stationstore operations. You will hire, supervise, and coach staff, manage bookkeeping and merchandising, and uphold fast, friendly service standards for customers.

We expect leadership, scheduling flexibility, and a commitment to attendance. This role involves training, supervising, and driving key store initiatives in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Retail/convenience store experience preferred.
Supervisor or management experience preferred.
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills.
Experience handling food is a plus.
High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
