Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to use equipment and materials described in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control, and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and motivation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safety and ensure a safe public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals, ensure timely reporting.
• Manage merchandise display and pricing to meet standards.
