Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff as described in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Computer literacy including reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees with a focus on customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept per company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separating staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and promote excellent service; resolve complaints promptly.
• Provide timely performance feedback and write appraisals; train staff on safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed on time.
