Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving with focus on shrink control.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to build a capable, engaged team.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and improve layout and efficiency.
