TJX Marshalls Store 0238 Anderson IN is seeking a Store Manager to lead a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will drive sales, oversee store operations, and coach Associates and Assistant Managers to prepare for promotion.

You will focus on customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, scheduling, and expense control while delivering an inclusive, supportive culture. The role rewards strong leadership, teamwork, and talent development across all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail Store or District Manager experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop a large team and drive sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales and minimize shrink and expenses.
• Manage merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers for progression to Store Manager.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on pricing, assortment, and demographics.
• Ensure compliance with programs and policies, focusing on loss prevention and risk management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation.
