Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a focus on shrink reduction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to build a strong, engaged team.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
