Job Summary

The Salon Director leads a team to create an exceptional client experience, manages daily operations, staff, and safety, and ensures salon cleanliness and performance. The role requires discretion, leadership, and adherence to company principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach staff for excellent client service
• Address client concerns promptly
• Model a positive attitude and calm demeanor
• Drive performance through action plans and company programs
• Manage salon operations including staffing, cleanliness, safety, and security
• Use operational tools and financial reports to improve performance
• Conduct performance assessments and set goals
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including varying shifts
