**Job Summary:**

  • The role involves maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, driving store performance, and ensuring excellent client service. The Assistant Salon Director manages and supervises Tanning Consultants, leads by example, and fosters a sense of urgency to meet objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
  • Lead by example in client service and sales.
  • Maintain a clean, professional environment.
  • Set goals and provide coaching to team members.
  • Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist in financial controls.
  • Ensure proper staffing and customer service standards.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Experience Requirements:**

  • Management and/or sales experience required.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple situations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
