• Develop and execute a comprehensive quarterly sales plan and communicate it to the team.
• Spend approximately 90% of time in-store to maintain a strong retail presence and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; coach performance and growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and knowledge of Tandy Leather products.
