Qualifications

• Associates degree is required.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Manage store to meet sales goals and control expenses.
• Appraise and price donated goods for maximum value.
• Maintain a clean store, attractive displays, and present staff.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professional service.
• Coordinate with marketing to implement promotions.
• Open and close store on schedule and ensure security.
• Ensure maintenance of facility equipment and loss prevention policies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor retail associates and programs.
• Integrate program staff into store operations and serve customers.
