Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail operation in Hartwell, GA. You will be responsible for the store’s performance, including sales, guest experience, and team development, overseeing 25–40 hourly staff and a leadership bench.

You will hire, train and coach staff, run monthly meetings, manage budgets and SOPs, and collaborate with the Director and other store managers to drive results and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 25–40 employees.
• Experience with budgeting and planning to exceed financial targets.
• Strong SOP development and implementation.
• Demonstrated adaptability to change.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors/customers.
• Monitor and maintain the store’s overall appearance.
• Lead monthly meetings with store employees.
• Attend monthly meetings with the Director and other store managers.
• Maintain company records and reporting.
• Hire, train and develop hourly team members; lead Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors.
