Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per labor laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps through coaching or termination as needed.
• Suggest pay rate changes and advancement opportunities; communicate performance and safety expectations.
• Open and close the store as required; ensure daily staffing and operations alignment.
• Evaluate sales, inventory, and expenses; manage ordering and in-stock targets weekly.
