• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to law and policy; ensure store is staffed.
• Provides training, conducts evaluations, and counsels employees as needed.
• Communicates performance expectations and safety policies regularly.
• Keeps store open/closed as required and ensures proper staffing for shifts.
• Monitors store performance, sales, profitability, and shrink indicators.
• Manages ordering to meet stock targets and reviews replenishment plans.
• Maintains proper merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage.
• Controls inventory, damages, and paperwork to ensure financial integrity.
• Leads customer service excellence and a safe shopping environment.
• Completes paperwork and adheres to company procedures.
