Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Familiarity with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and termination practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees, ensuring effective planning and implementation of store processes.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps with appropriate actions.
• Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and shrink to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee ordering and replenishment to meet in-stock targets and manage cycle counts.
• Maintain asset security, cash control, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store environment.
