You will develop staff, maximize profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing diverse merchandise and operations across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, asset protection, and a customer-first culture with opportunities for a monthly bonus based on store results.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
