Cash America Pawn in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop staff, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. In this role you will manage inventory, asset protection, and financial performance while coaching employees to deliver outstanding service across merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
