Qualifications

• Age requirements vary by state (18+, 19 in IN, 20 in KY, 21 in AL and other listed states).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Two years of Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience or one year of store management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us as coach and mentor.
• Maintain proactive operations to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, order inventory and schedule shifts.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reach store goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist customers.
• Stock, clean and operate the cash register, plus other duties as needed.
