Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age (age varies by state).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability.
• At least ONE of: Bachelor's Degree; 1 year store/retail management; 2 years Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and developing your team to grow with us - coach and mentor toward success.
• Maintaining a proactive operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales, promotions, inventory, schedules, surveys and metrics.
• Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store-level goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register and other duties as needed.
