Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications for a Store Manager are: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
