Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to meetings.
• English communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and store image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training and motivation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer concerns.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize files, manage reports, and supervise merchandise display and pricing.
• Ensure required posters/signs are accessible to employees.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
