Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees and manage site image, stock and cleanliness.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety and procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and manage finances to maximize profits.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
