Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding staff, supervising production, managing cash, inventory, and schedules, and maintaining health department compliance; must have open availability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard all positions.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance; uphold Brand standards.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and reporting.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager regularly.
• Complete daily/weekly/period paperwork and scheduling.
