You will recruit and develop staff, schedule shifts, manage merchandise flow, oversee inventories, and execute promotions while maintaining stockroom standards.

This role requires leadership, a passion for service, and flexibility to work varied hours including weekends; travel is up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior management/supervisory experience.
• 1 year retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Able to operate company computer systems.
• Available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create monthly schedules ensuring coverage for all shifts.
• Oversee merchandise processing and floor stock organization.
• Direct and implement SHOE SHOW, INC. strategies and promotions.
• Lead bi-annual inventories and travel up to 25% as needed.
