Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. in Franklin, VA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store team. You will drive customer service excellence, maximize productivity and profitability, and generate sales while upholding the company's high standards of behavior and service.

You will recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent; create monthly schedules; oversee merchandise flow and stockroom organization; implement store strategies and promotions; lead inventories, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

One year sales experience required.
One to Two years' prior supervisory experience preferred with a proven track record of driving results and people development.
Minimum of 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
Provide training on product knowledge, customer service, and store operations; set KPI goals and measure performance.
Create a monthly schedule to ensure balanced shifts for business needs.
Oversee merchandise processing and floor flow; maintain stock room standards.
Direct and implement SHOE SHOW, INC.'s strategies, promotions, and directives.
Lead bi-annual inventories.
Travel up to 25% as needed.
