Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Wallace, NC location. You will lead a team to deliver superior customer service, drive sales, and manage store operations with accountability for performance and profitability.

You will recruit and train staff, set clear expectations, and implement corporate strategies while maintaining high standards of behavior and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for excellent customer service.
• One year of management/supervisory experience.
• One year of retail experience.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.
• Must be available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Provide training on product knowledge, customer service, and store operations.
• Set monthly KPI goals, measure performance, and give feedback to the team.
• Create schedules to cover all shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee merchandise flow, stockroom standards, and execution of company strategies; travel up to 25% as needed.
