Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage assets by overseeing the designated store.
• Direct and oversee sales efforts; train and mentor staff.
• Monitor store operations, inventory and expenses to profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities.
• Mentor Sales Associates and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate personnel.
• Maintain store security; partner with Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement to District Sales Manager; drive inventory goals.
• Implement marketing and advertising plans; stay aware of trends.
• Monitor competition and community events for opportunities.
