Job summary

Hibbett is looking for an Assistant Manager in New Albany, MS to support daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will assist in merchandising, restocking, and scheduling while ensuring policies and standards are followed.

The role requires knowledge of store products, supervision in the Store Manager's absence, and training of staff to meet store goals and profitability. Previous retail leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with assets control and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in to oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
