Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve sales goals while managing the store's overall operation.
• Supervise and mentor store associates, including training in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies, goals, and procedures.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate personnel; manage payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft and reduce shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals and strategies.
• Support marketing and advertising plans and stay informed on customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service in line with the customer service manual.
