Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and procedures.
Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support.
