Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Two years of progressive management experience supervising staff.
• Proficiency in setting and managing schedules for store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the overall operation of the retail store in partnership with the Retail Store Manager.
• Perform daily administrative/clerical functions of store operations such as cash transactions and opening/closing.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Assist in the supervision and training of employees.
• Greet donors, unload donations, process receipts, and sort items; assist customers with purchases and store upkeep.
