Qualifications

• Experience managing store employees under federal and state labor laws and Company policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees per policy.
• Strong cash handling and inventory control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels as needed.
• Suggests and implements pay rate adjustments and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct, safety expectations; conducts meetings.
• Ensures the store opens and closes properly; maintains daily staffing.
• Evaluates sales, profitability, and turn; monitors expenses and shrink.
• Oversees ordering to meet stock targets; oversees BSR and cycle counts.
• Guides merchandising setup, pricing, and signage per company standards.
• Maintains accurate inventory; controls damages and paperwork.
• Upholds cash control and security procedures to protect financial integrity.
• Leads superior customer service and a clean, safe store environment.
• Ensures tools and equipment are available to perform tasks.
• Follows SOPs, policies, and documentation deadlines.
