Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, safety and policy expectations; conduct meetings to reinforce standards.
• Open and close the store reliably, and maintain daily operations.
