Fabletics is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Camarillo Premium Outlets in Camarillo, CA. You will lead a team of 10-12 associates, drive sales and oversee operations to deliver a seamless customer experience across store and website channels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage payroll, inventory and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Onsite role with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail management role.
• Experience leading a large sales team and hitting targets.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train store Associates and Supervisors for customer engagement.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Direct daily activities of Supervisors and Associates to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment.
• Ensure payroll, inventory management and paperwork run smoothly.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines to optimize shopper journey.
