Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a store manager in retail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train store Associates and Supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment.
• Oversee payroll, inventory and store paperwork.
