You will recruit, hire and train a team of 10–12 associates and supervisors, set ambitious targets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver timely results while maintaining an engaging store culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a retail store manager or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building spreadsheet models.
• Comfort with Excel, Outlook, and retail POS systems.

• Oversee all aspects of Sales & Operations for the store.
• Recruit, hire and train a team of 10–12 associates and leaders.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions and service.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates.

• Ensure payroll, inventory management and paperwork are efficiently handled.
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines.
