Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and adherence to company directives from corporate headquarters. It requires physical stamina and the ability to manage a high-activity retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with team members required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) from floor to above shoulder height.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting is required.
