Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets.

As a manager, you will implement directives from corporate HQ, maintain compliance, and build community partnerships. The role requires strong communication, results focus, and retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (55 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb, push and pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
