Job summary

Family Dollar in Springfield, MA is seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and maximize profitability.

You will lead and train store associates, ensure customer satisfaction, manage assets, and implement corporate directives while building community partnerships.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Retail management experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
